I have always been inspired with the art of dressing romantically. Wearing these two feminine summer finds from Boston Proper will have you feeling like you should be roaming the Italian countryside.
This long and flowing button-down dress is excellent for summer weddings. The blue tile pattern with flowers and lemons offers an effortlessly glamorous looking style. The dress is very lightweight with three quarter length sleeves. I am wearing an XS and feel that it runs true to size. For a wedding reception, I would wear sandals (like these I am wearing in the pictures) and carry a small clutch. However, I wore the dress out to dinner after my photoshoot and swapped out the sandals for platform wedges and my clutch bag for a larger tote. Doing so changed up the look to something a little more casual.

Next, The Dolce Vita Patchwork Midi Skirt, has a bit of a bombshell appeal to it. It’s flirty, with the halter top. However, you can also wear this skirt with a white knotted button down shirt for more coverage. Or, this crochet overlay off the shoulder knit top in yellow which adds a festive appeal. The skirt is figure flattering, in 100% cotton with a back zipper, and the woven belt adds a fun bit of interest. I am wearing an XS and feel that it runs true to size. I would wear this outfit to a bridal shower or rehearsal dinner especially if it’s on a warm summer day. However, you can wear this skirt with flats for a fun daytime excursion with your favorite straw hat.
Both looks have an eye-catching Euro-inspired appeal, yet they will not cost you a fortune.
I feel compelled to also mention that when I wore the blue button-down dress to dinner. I was complimented several times, which left me feeling very flattered. No doubt I will get good wear from both outfits this summer.
